Interview Coaching
I’m shocked by how often people go to an interview without really preparing for it. It’s too easy to think that they’re going to ask you questions, you’ll respond, and that’s that and you’re fully prepared because you know your field and, hopefully, have enough experience in it. So when they throw that unexpected question at you, and you fumble for an answer, it’s darned disconcerting. I prep clients for an interview covering all sorts of relevant issues such as background, weak points, industry knowledge, how to answer difficult questions, what to expect, proficiency demonstration, types of interviews, and much more. I work hard to prepare my clients for the interview so they will be chosen.
